The potential in this role is for you to have a major impact on the Brisbane office. Here is a national firm where there will be support in developing your role and to help you market the business. Your ability to understand and grasp quickly the objectives, goals and intricacies of projects such as high-end office building fit-outs, new school buildings and civic buildings will be vital. In addition you will fully utilise your experience in motivating juniors and directing drafters. There is scope to work across other disciplines (with support) as you manage projects including electrical, hydraulics and fire services. You will liaise with architects and project managers and may be called upon to represent all services at meetings and coordinate resolution of any issues and outstanding items. 8 + years local Building Services consultancy experience. SENIOR Mechanical HVAC Engineer - $139-119K Discipline VARIETY?
This is a senior role that will work closely with the Principal in expanding the team in Perth. Incremental to the development of a future team, this will be a grass roots level role where you will have full direction over your own projects. A large element of this role will be to impart your knowledge on more junior engineers and take part in their career development.
Technical Elements:
• Starting from concept solutions through to construction and commissioning
• Development and redevelopment projects in commercial, industrial and defence sectors in excess of $200M
• Extend your capabilities in exposure to cross discipline functions and processes within building services
• Solid focus on environmentally sustainable design for industrial, healthcare and commercial developments
This role will also have a very client facing focus and be key to developing long lasting relationships with state and local government authorities as well as heavy hitters in the private sector.
